REMEMBERING OUR COMMUNITY'S PAST
Creating a Lasting Legacy
The Historical Society of Frederick County relies upon a variety of forms of financial support to carry out its mission to preserve and share Frederick County's rich history. You can provide support through a membership, the Annual Appeal, contributing to or creating an endowment fund, supporting our various special fundraising events, or by remembering the Historical Society in your estate planning.
The Historical Society of Frederick County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization,
donations to which are deductible to the full extent of the law. The Historical Society’s current financial statement is available upon request. Information submitted to State of Maryland under the Charitable Solicitations Act is available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.
